Why CUAs?

The current DeFi and AI landscape is highly fragmented and underutilised, especially when compared to their Web2 counterparts. Trading in itself has a lot of critical and sensitive steps, if prompted inappropriately, can lead to incorrect execution or even loss of funds at some.

Having a super helpful agent is not that exciting now, the next big push in AI is for AI Agents that can take action on your behalf. There is a need to for agents that not only think but also act on that information. Imagine having a personal financial assistant that seamlessly manages all your DeFi-related tasks directly through own browser.

Problems with the current Defi+AI landscape:

  • End consumer is not well-versed with DeFi projects, & cannot explain technical terminology accurately to prompt for these tools

  • Many users are unfamiliar with prompt engineering, which complicates verifying that DeFAI has performed task as intended on the backend.

  • Users won't realize DeFAI has made a critical error until it's too late and had a significant losses. Whereas in operator all the tasks are performed on screen.

  • Security concerns deterring new users who fear making costly mistakes.
