We envision CUA as an AI personal assistant that not only suggests actions like ChatGPT but also executes them in real time. Users are no longer excited by conversational AI agents that merely suggest steps or processes to complete a task. They want a solution that can act on their behalf.

It all started when OpenAI launched their first version of Computer Using Agents in Q4 2024. Automating “intelligently” daily mundane tasks was seen to be a low-hanging fruit for AI to solve. But this never really materialized.

However, with the launch of Operator , we saw a flurry of AI agents and frameworks, the most famous of which was ManusAI. Users deserve and need a new, more humane form of AI agents that can perform tasks on the go and on the screen. Not behind in a “dark” unknown environment. This solves a lot of issues around reliability, quality control , predictability, and lack of hallucination. Features that are important for DeFi and blockchain use cases.

The next generation of AI Agents are going to be an intelligent mix of Computer Using agents, Operators and of course, the Gen-1 AI agents. At Operari, we want to be at the cutting edge of the new AI agents and build at this intersection of Crypto and AI.
